How does this gift help?
In South Africa, over 1.5 million children are orphaned as a result of HIV alone. This gift helps support Keep the Dream 196, a community-based child protection organisation that uses mentoring programs to provide better care for orphans and vulnerable children. Accessing existing youth networks, Keep the Dream 196 is helping orphans and other vulnerable children identify and draw on their strengths to overcome challenges and build personal resilience. Their mentors guide them to make better decisions so they can build a brighter future, not just for themselves, but for others in their community.
